Features and Benefits:

Non-hardening sealant designed to resist heat transfer fluids such as oil or antifreeze. Temperature range -65°F to 400°F (-54°C to 204°C); resists antifreeze, aviation fuels, aggressive detergent bearing oils and lubricants.

DIRECTIONS:

Clean and dry surfaces to be sealed with Permatex^® Parts & Brake Cleaner for best results. Apply athin layer of Super “300”^® Form-A-Gasket^® Sealant to the surfaces, then assemble. Keep can closed when not in use.

DIRECTIONS:
TUBE MUST BE PIERCED BEFORE USING! POINT TUBE AWAY FROM FACE AND BODY. DO NOT SQUEEZE TUBE WHILE PUNCTURING.

To puncture, remove black safety ring and screw nozzle & cap assembly onto tube completely. Protect work surfaces.
Clean and ensure a close fit on the surfaces to be bonded.
To use, remove outer cap. Use sparingly.
Apply glue to one surface to be bonded.
Press pieces together for 15 to 30 seconds.
Clean tip after use.
Replace outer cap and store glue in cool, dry place.

NOTE: Not recommended for use on glass, foam rubber, cloth, polyethylene/polypropylene plastic, or any porous material.

Permatex® Super High Tack™ Gasket Sealant

Gasketing

Features and Benefits:

Non-hardening for easy disassembly. Keeps large gaskets in place during positioning and assembly. “Clean hands” formula wont stain. Temperature range -65°F to 400°F (-54°C to 204°C); resists engine fluids including diesel fuels and synthetic oils.

DIRECTIONS:

For light duty and semi-permanent assemblies:

Apply Permatex^® High Tack^™ to both surfaces; allow to dry until “tacky.”
Press parts into position. Avoid stress on bonded parts for 3 hours.

For heavy-duty and permanent assemblies:

Apply Permatex^® High Tack^™ to both surfaces; allow to dry until “tacky.”
Reapply to base surface and bond immediately. Avoid stress on bondedparts for 3 hours.
Remove excess material with lacquer thinner (Do not use lacquer thinner on painted surfaces).

Automobile:

Suggested Applications: Seals rubber, cork, paper and composite gaskets, and hose connections.

Permatex® Synthetic Lubricant with PTFE

Lubricants

Features and Benefits:

A grease based formula for high load applications. Can be used on any moving parts to provide better, longer lasting lubrication that withstands higher temperatures and is safe on more surfaces. It withstands temperatures from -45°F to 350°F (-42°C to 177°C), 450°F (232°C) intermittent. Level 3*

DIRECTIONS:

Shake can well before using.
Make sure surfaces to be greased are free of dirt and rust.
Spray surfaces to be greased.
Use extension tube for hard to reach areas.
Re-apply as necessary.

Permatex® Ultra Bond™ Super Glue

Designed to meet the most demanding automotive adhesive needs, this premium high performance super glue provides a stronger, faster-acting and longer lasting bond. DIRECTIONS:
For best results:

Protect work area from spills.
Clean and dry surfaces.
Twist and pull off cap.
To apply, place nozzle on surface, do not squeeze the bottle.
Apply one drop per square inch.
Press parts together and hold for 15-30 seconds.

Note:
Not recommended for Styrofoam, foam rubber, or polyethylene plastic. Bonded items should not be placed in oven, microwave, or dishwasher.

Permatex® Ultra Disc Brake Caliper Lube

An environmentally-friendly, green, non-melting, synthetic lubricant. It is formulated to lubricate under the most adverse brake conditions, assuring that critical caliper pins, and sleeves remain lubricated throughout pad life. For metal-to-metal contact only.

DIRECTIONS:

Clean all caliper parts to be lubricated with Permatex^® Brake & Parts Cleaner.
Apply Caliper Lube to pins, and slides.
Lubricant may also be used as a noise suppresser to eliminate caliper brake squeal.

DO NOT APPLY LUBE TO BRAKING SURFACE OF CALIPER PADS.

Permatex® Ultra Rubber Gasket Sealant & Dressing

Features and Benefits:

Formulated specially for rubber gaskets, it conditions gaskets for longer life and seals potential leak paths. It also functions to hold gaskets in place during installation. The non-hardening, soft-setting formula makes gasket repositioning quick and easy. Provides outstanding oil and fluid resistance. Temperature range -65°F to 400°F (-54°C to 204°C).

DIRECTIONS:

Clean flange surfaces thoroughly.
Pierce top of tube with back of cap and apply a thin even coat of Ultra Rubber Gasket Sealant & Dressing to all sides of gasket. Allow to air dry until it becomes somewhat “tacky”.
Align gasket, press into place and assemble.
Tighten to specified torque values.

Automobile:

Suggested Applications: Designed for use on all cut and formed rubber gaskets, but also great to condition and extend the life of composite, paper and cork gaskets.

Motorcycle:

Permatex® Water Pump & Thermostat RTV Silicone Gasket Maker

Gasketing

Features and Benefits:

A noncorrosive, sensor-safe RTV silicone gasket material formulated specifically for water pumps and thermostat housings. Highest water-glycol resistance available in an RTV silicone.

DIRECTIONS:

Surfaces should be clean and dry. Apply an even, continuous 1/8″ bead of silicone to one surface, surrounding all bolt holes. Remove excess at once with knife. Assemble parts immediately. Do not squeeze out silicone by over tightening bolts. Silicone fully cures in 24 hours. Replace cap after use. Clean hands with dry cloth or Fast Orange^® hand cleaner. Clean tools with non-flammable cleaning fluid.

Note: Not recommended for use on head gaskets or parts in contact with gasoline.

Permatex® Wood Epoxy

DIRECTIONS:

For best results: Roughen, remove any grease and oil, clean and dry surfaces to be joined or repaired
Remove plastic mixing paddle from center of black plunger. Turn nozzle end up and pull plunger back slightly (1/8″). Allow air bubbles to rise to top. Snap off and save storage cap.
Push plunger evenly to dispense equal amounts of hardener and resin onto a discardable surface such as a piece of cardboard or the plastic container on the front of this package. Pull back plunger to stop flow.

MIX THOROUGHLY with paddle provided. Epoxy has a working time of 5 minutes.
Apply to surfaces to be joined or repaired. Epoxy will fixture in 1 hour and fully cure in 24 hours. Wipe nozzle clean. Replace cap for storage.
NOTE: Will not bond to polyethylene or polypropylene plastics

Wynn’s Power Boost is the smart solution to deliver both high-octane performance and valve-seat recession protection. Modern engines are designed with higher and higher compression ratios which demand higher Octane Number fuel.

Today’s unleaded fuels don’t provide the same level of lubrication for engine valves which can cause wear of the valve seating – or valve-seat recession (VSR) and lead to increased exhaust emissions, poor idling, and a loss of power. The potential for valve-seat recession increases with smaller engines running at higher speeds.
